Assumption

As an eBay seller, each product own an unique SKU, and each product only has one live eBay FixedPrice listing and one live eBay Auction listing. We assume eBay Auction listing has same description, shipping, payment, etc as well as same SKU's FixedPrice listing.

eBay seller manages FixedPrice listings, and Auction4Store manage Auction listings.

Frontend - What eBay Sellers need to do

Step 1 - Grant permission

You need to grant your eBay account to Auction4Store, so we can download your listings/orders, and submit new listings to eBay

Step 2 - Create a group, and upload a spreadsheet to create auction templates

Download spreadsheet sample, fill in SKU list and scheduled time as auction templates, then upload to a new group

Step 3 - Turn on your group to Live, Start to list Auctions

Whenever turn a group to live, the Auction templates under this group will use same SKU's fixed price item as template, automatically submit to eBay as scheduled.

Backend - What Auction4Store does

Peridically download your eBay Listings and Orders

Auction4Store will peridically download your listings and orders, save Fixed Price Items as templates. You manage fixed price items, whenever you modify, Auction4Store will refresh local copy.

Submit new listing to eBay

Whenever turn a group to live, the Auction templates under this group will use same SKU's fixed price item as template, automatically submit to eBay as scheduled.
